slotnoot: Onder no 611 seinde Van Bylandt op 7 okt. o.m. dat de minister van Voorlichting over de oliebronnen in Noord-Sumatra het volgende verklaard had: "The government will take steps to improve the quality of oil production troughout Indonesia. Apart from the fact that the status of the North Sumatra oilwells will be decided on in the future steps are being taken to investigate conditions, to take stock etc. so as to preserve and speed up production.
