Particulars The SPAARZAAMHEID called at S. Tiago from 27-06 till 06-07-1757, where 7 seafarers and 14 soldiers died; 2 seafarers were taken over from the OVERNES (see 3700). The 4 passengers who embarked at the Cape were bandits. During the voyage two soldiers probably became seafarers. On 18-10-1763 the ship was laid up in the Indies.
