Particulars In December, 1793, the ZUIDERBURG had departed from China to sail to Batavia, where it cast anchor on 05-01-1794. According to K.A. 4390a J.G.H. Serres was master. The ship left the Cape on 07-06-1795, but returned and on 28-10-1795 sailed for the second time. In 1795 the ZUIDERBURG was confiscated by the English at Cork.
