Quick search
Using this search option you can search summaries, names and keywords. You can also use the "advanced search" option.
Here you can fill in one or more search terms. A search will be made through all text fields for these words but not in the text of the document itself. You can use the
advanced search form to search the individual text fields.
For example, if you fill in:
drees benelux
records will be displayed in which the word 'drees' and/or the word 'benelux' appear in names, keywords or in the summary.
If you wish to find records in which a word definitely does appear, you can place a '+' in front of the word. If you wish to find records in which a word does not appear, you then use a '-'. For example, you search for:
+drees -benelux
then all the will be displayed in which 'drees' appears but the word 'benelux' does not. Finally, you can use double quotes to search documents. Using:
"pact van brussel"you will find all the documents in which the phrase 'pact van brussel' appears, while if you search for
pact van brussel
you will find documents in which the word 'pact' and/or the word 'brussel' appear.
