| Opmerkingen | Waubachsche Boys was geregistreerd als 75 - 1940. In 1937 wijzigde V.V.W.L. Lauradorp-Waubach haar naam in Waubach; Sport illustratie 21 sep. 1937, p. 1189 Z. Waubach wordt in het Jaarverslag I.V.C.B. 1937/1938 "een nieuwe vereeniging bijna geheel geformeerd uit oud K.N.V.B.-spelers" genoemd; Sport illustratie 12 juli 1938, p. 902.
In aug. 1940 mislukten fusiebesprekingen tussen "de beide vereenigingen te Waubach", waarna de I.V.C.B.-club Waubach zich liet registreren als Waubachsche Boys; Sport illustratie 27 aug. 1940, p. 615. "De voorgenomen combinatie van de beide vereenigingen te Waubach heeft blijkbaar geen resultaat gehad. De IVCB-vereeniging Waubach heeft daarom den naam Waubachsche Boys doen registreeren", Eindh. en Meijerijsche courant 29 aug. 1940, p. 2. Opgericht op Paasmaandag van 1937 door "enkele voetballers uit Lauradorp-Waubach" als R.K.V.V.W.L. en in 1937-1938 toegelaten in 2e klasse IVCB als R.K. Waubach; na fusie RK Waubach in 2e klasse N.V.B. en herdoopt tot Waubachsche Boys; Sportkroniek 20 apr. 1943, p. 319.
De club fuseerde op 1 juli 2002 met Waubach tot UOW '02; site UOW '02 Landgraaf. |
